MENTORSHIP "We are delighted to offer a dynamic Internship Program that will develop future leaders of The Neiman Marcus Group and provide interns with the skills necessary to have exciting and successful careers in retailing." Karen Katz, Chief Executive Officer, The Neiman Marcus Group Each intern will be mentored by a senior executive throughout the internship program. Mentors will dedicate time on a bi-weekly basis to meet with interns to discuss all facets of the business and brand, providing insight, coaching and reinforcement. Although each intern will be paired with one senior executive, all interns will have the opportunity to meet with every executive mentor during the orientation period. |
